Our Gins are a celebration of Scottish nature, made with wild, fresh botanicals, harvested by hand then slowly macerated in Glasgow before being distilled. Each bottle is a testament to our passion for creating an exceptional gin and showcasing the beauty of Scotland's natural resources.

Back in 2012, we set out to create the first gin to be made with 100% Scottish Botanicals. Following a year of development, Crossbill gin was first launched in 2013. Initially distilled in Aviemore, before relocating to the legendary Barras in Glasgow’s East End.We are a small team with a hands-on approach to creating gins that allows us to refine the taste and flavours that you enjoy so much. We do not distil for other companies, focusing all of our attention and gin-making skills on Crossbill.
