Shipping policy

Local delivery is available for addresses located within Klang Valley, where we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days. Free delivery is available for orders above RM500. 

For orders outside of Klang Valley, please contact us at info@thatsthespirit.com.my to arrange for inter-state shipping. The cost for inter-state shipping shall be borne solely by the customer. 

For all orders that are delivered by a third-party provider, a tracking mumber will be communicated via whatsapp or email once the goods are picked up.
